YES, YOU ARE AN ATHLETE! Everyone is, but most of them just don’t know it yet. The goal of Gerardi Fitness training is to create a more well rounded athlete through good coaching and empowerment in a fun atmosphere.
Training focuses on strength training, movement principals, speed, flexibility, and better balance to further the athlete in whatever sport or activity they love. Gerardi Fitness uses techniques that have been refined from over 12 years of watching people move and working with a range of athletes.
