Classes start the week of April 1st thru May 7th. (10 week session)
A smooth blend of yoga and pilates with an addition of mobility, stretching, as well as strength to solidify a strong foundation of movement, core strength, and balance in your body so you could do the things you want to do without issues. Classes taught by an experienced fitness instructor of the Chicago Park District Wellness department who is now a partner working to service the Kilbourn and Mayfair Park and the surrounding community.
Located in the upstairs auditorium field house of both Kilbourn and Mayfair Park.
