Classes start the week of March 30th to June 1st and happen every Thursday from 7-8 PM on Zoom.

A smooth blend of yoga and pilates with an addition of mobility, stretching, as well as strength to solidify a strong foundation of movement, core strength, and balance in your body so you could do the things you want to do without issues. Classes taught by an experienced fitness instructor of the Chicago Park District Wellness department.

Classes will be held virtually on Zoom. You will be sent a Zoom invite 48 hours before the 1st class. All you’ll need is a computer or phone and a yoga mat.
