Classes start the week of April 1st thru May 7th.

(10 Week Session!)

 

Classes focused on building your fitness from a strong foundation starting with mobility, strength, then conditioning utilizing a variety of tools such as kettlebells, resistance bands, battle ropes, and your own body weight to safely and efficiently help you reach your goals. These fun and engaging classes are taught by an experienced fitness instructor.

Located in the upstairs auditorium of the Mayfair Park field house.
