BEGINNER LEVEL [FUNDAMENTALS]

Whether you are new to exercise or "it's been a while", this class is for you! Learn and own the fundamental push, pull, lunge, squat, and hip hinge movement patterns as a foundation for your fitness toolbox. You will also learn high payoff mobility drills which make the big movements more efficient. Intermediate level and conditioned athletes could also benefit in refining their foundational strength. Class always finishes centering on core and cardio conditioning.

 

Monday // Wednesday: Beginner (Fundamentals)

7:00 AM - 7:45 AM


INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

For the more conditioned member, this class involves more loaded movements and exercises. Class centers on kettle bells and resistance bands as well as heavier cardio conditioning and more challenging core exercises. Dyanamic warm-up and cool down will be more more ground based and focused on function mobility.

 

Tuesday // Thursday: Intermediate

Circuit Interval Training

ALL LEVELS

Circuit training for all levels of fitness. Modifications, progressions, and partner workouts for all exercises. Classes outdoors if weather permits.

 

Saturday: All Levels
